From demo to live in about two weeks.

A Bayline pilot starts with a 30-minute demo. Setup takes about two weeks, your staff tests it before any customer hears it, and then it runs live for 30 days with three reviews. After that, you keep it or cancel before the next month.

The five steps

  1. 1
    30 minutes

    Demo call

We walk through a real after-hours call, the booking and the staff app, and answer your questions. If it isn't a fit for your shop, we'll say so.

  2. 2
    About 2 weeks

    Setup

We set up everything Bayline needs to answer for your shop:

    • Your hours
    • Your calendar
    • Your Bayline phone number
    • Carrier text registration

Carrier registration is what lets your business texts get delivered. It's the step that sets the two-week pace.

  3. 3
    Before any customer

    Tested with your staff

Your team calls and texts the Bayline number, tries to trip it up, and tells us what to change. It goes live when you say so.

  4. 4
    30 days

    Live, with three reviews

We go through the calls, bookings and hand-offs with you and adjust what isn't working.
